Marie Zandar
Fox's wife. Yep, thats right, human. They got to know eachother before his dragon switch over, and she stuck by him ever since.

Chase Zandar
Fox's Son. Also shown here is one early depiction of Kiara, their daughter. While twins.. They grow up pretty differently. Chase ends up becoming a very obvious hybrid creature, and that adds to part of his character, because he has to hide it under heavy clothes. Otherwise, he faces endless discrimination.
Due to all this, and the fact he embraces his black dragon side, not shuns it, Chase is a nastier and more "antihero" type character than Fox.
Lily Zandar
Fox's "sister". Her orgins are actually pretty complicated. But those in FotHB understand them. So to everyone else, it's his sister, through and through.
Lily is an accomplished hypnotist and practicing low level mage who has done a ton of soul searching. Because of this, her looks changes alot. And because of THAT, she's fun to draw!
Rax Zandar
It's the age old "evil brother" story with Rax. Except that, it's Fox who is the anomoly here. Since his clan and bloodline are supposed to be terrible creatures, Fox goes against everything before him by choosing light over dark. Rax finds this extremely reprehensible, and the two fight quite a bit before Fox finally ends up killing him. But the trouble doesn't end there, no. Rax still returns later in what was dubbed "Hell Rax" form.
Another interesting fact: Rax is fire based, not lightning.
Fox's Friends (Rhydin):
Various friends I've drawn over the years. Mostly for use in the comic strip they are found in. But sometimes as gifts and comissions.
Kain is one of the few characters I actually created for DRF. Clicking the link will lead you to his page.
He serves as a bt-the-book type of character raised on military standards. But when things change drastically for him, he instead finds himself teaming up with the Miko Jin Listed below.
Jenner Wall
Jenner is brand new, and has not been fleshed out hardly at all yet. He is from a similar area as Kain, so he is cat as well. Basically though, he is a deceptive character. Sly, smooth, and as nasty as he looks in full armor, he seems to treat everything like an amusing game. Will that change after he teams up with Fox and the others? Time will tell..
The Miko Jin
The three main stars of the DRF storyline, second only to Fox himself. These are Ali's characters, and it should come as a surprise to no one that they end up drawn quite a bit between the two of us.

She isn't a fighter, she has no evils haunting her, she has no tragic past, no special magic skills, no universe bending abilities. Instead, she's just a friendly normal, friendly girl who loves to travel. And yes, a kangaroo. Why? to be different, really.
