This is a site for artwork I have done over the years.
Everything you see on the entire site, is done by me, unless specified otherwise.
Drawings, graphics, design, everything.
You're free to take anything you wish, and keep it, as long as you don't try to sell it yourself or- heaven forbid, claim you made it.
If you display it anywhere, just give me the credit, or link back to here. I would especially like to know if you host the images anyplace, not for legal reasons, but just because I think thats freakin' awesome.
I myself am a Computer Animator as well as an Artist. I have worked on a number of titles over the years, and that list will continue to grow as time goes on. You can see the list on my Resume if interested, which can be found under the professional section.
The nature of this site is very informal, I try to structure it like I'm talking to you as you read. Sometimes I swear, sometimes I joke around, and so forth. But it's all in good fun. I hope you smile while browsing around.

If you look back at my old news archives, most of them say things like: "good lord, it's been forever since I updated this thing.." So, to keep up tradition..
Good lord, it's been forever since I updated this thing..
But yeah, 2008 was the busiest year I've had since probably 2004. I was busy from basically Feb until now. Until next week actually. Two projects to put under my belt on that.. Spiderman: Web of Shadows, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 cinematics.
Spiderman is the biggest full on game I've worked on yet. As in, more than simply cinematics. The game itself has been recieved with about a 7.0 average, but the animation is generally thought of as very good and smooth. So, mission accomplished there. However, most of the credit goes to the great team of animators at Shaba, for that. They did a really great job. My work was.. surprise! Mostly cinematics. But I did get some in game stuff here and there.
Ultimate Alliance 2 is standard fare for me. More game cinematics. More working with Cinematico. More, being a Lead /Director.
Really though, the true story this year when it comes to projects, is what I did OFF of work. I had a few comissions this year. For logo stuff, for an actual CD artwork production, for.. illustrations and so on.
The CD is not released just yet, but will be soon. In the meantime, since the site has gone live.. you can see some of the artwork I did for it! (note, the CD art, not website). More than 2 months of work on that monster. But, easily some of my best work ever.
Also.. I got to become the banner artist for these guys!
I am I HUGE fan of the work put out by people on this site. So being able to work for them, help them out and even actually make friends with some.. is honestly surreal. I know we're all just kids who love games, but the quality coming out of that place is constantly amazing. Go check it out. My banner work started in June.
My new year's resolution this year was to stop wasting time on things and really act on them. There are many things which could have, and should have been done years ago.. drag on. Confessing love to one of my longest friends I've had a crush on for years, was one of those. And I did that! So check that off the box. And add getting an amazing girlfriend to the list of 2008 accomplishments.
But then I had at the very least.. FVR and more shirt printing on the list. I tried to get the shirt thing done this year, but with both being busy as hell, and also the whole WORLD ECONOMY going into crisis mode.. I decided to wait a bit on them..
FVR though, I just couldn't touch this year. It was too busy. I had non stop animation projects all year long, some roommate drama for a bit, and then even moved to a new place. Besides all the other stuff I listed up there.. well, there you go. It's still a priority though. Believe me. In fact, maybe even more so. I've got some pretty big news on the future with it.. But I'll wait til next year to tell you :)
I've got all kinds of crap I could upload on to this site right now. Photos, drawings, 3d stuff, some FVR tests, trackmania tracks, it just goes on. BUT! Sadly folks, I'm still crazy busy. So thats gotta wait. I will however, be updating the site one more time before year's end.. with a Christmas/holiday card, of course! Stay tuned.
Here is the funny part. I actually had more time this year, than any other year since I moved to San Francisco 7 years ago. So, what happened? How then, have I not been updating this?
To put it simply, I just lost motivation. 2009 has been a mostly stressful year for me, and rather than adding to this site, I've been thinking that I need to take it down completely, and redo the whole thing. Lets face it, this thing is embarassing to look at. But I didn't spend time doing that- because I spent 5-6 months looking for work. Like I said, stressful times. Speaking of which, I just created a new demo reel in my continued hunt for more work.
I have actually been working on things here and there, it's just never found it's way to the site. It will, some day, but right now thats too time consuming. I've been doing some illustration commissions and combined stuff with a friend of mine, a whole bunch of logo designs for people, yetmoreDoDbanners, and more CD artwork to come at the end of the year. Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 also released this year, which I worked on last fall. Check out those videos here and here. There have also been all kinds of wild adventures all over the country, including a trip to Alaska! I also finally broke down to give Facebook a try. And even have a youtube page for videos. Mostly concert stuff, but I'm putting lots of my animation work up there too.
So, it's not that I haven't been doing anything.. Just haven't been updating. I'd apologize for that, but I'm sure that no one else checks this other than the people who already know my situation! So oh well. We'll see what 2010 brings.
